What is EFT?
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a well-known humanistic approach to couples therapy. This science has expanded our understanding of love, relationships, and family bonds. Human beings are innately relational, social, and wired for intimate bonding with others. A substantial body of research finds that 70-75% of couples move from distress to recovery, and approximately 90% show significant improvements with EFT.
